The release of A Pivotal Moment coincides with the 35th Anniversary of the JJDPA, which was first signed into law by President Ford on September 7, 1974, and remains one of the few federal statutes that provides support to state juvenile justice improvement activities and sets out federal standards for the custody and care of youth in the juvenile justice system.

Please plan now to join us for this informative event. Please RSVP your attendance to info@juvjustice.org.
