CJJ | Fact Sheets and Position Papers


The Coalition for Juvenile Justice (CJJ) informs policy makers, advocates and the public about the interplay of prevention, rehabilitation and accountability in reducing juvenile crime and delinquency.

CJJ issues informative reports and statements on urgent topics. Recent topics have included: mental health, conditions of confinement, racial inequality, and disturbing trends and best practices in juvenile justice.

CJJ is a news source. CJJ spokespersons have been quoted in the Associated Press, New York Times, USA Today, CNN Headline News, National Public Radio, ABC World News Tonight, MSNBC On-Line and U.S. News and World Report, among others.
